What’s Included.
Metropolis acts as the owner’s local point of contact, coordinating the everyday matters related to the tenancy and keeping the owner informed when a decision is required.
Optional Protection
Legal Protection by an Insurance Company.
Property owners may optionally add Legal Protection from an insurance company to their annual management service.
Up to €30,000
legal protection per insured case
Coverage may include
- —Rental agreement disputes
- —Certain compensation claims
- —Certain criminal defence cases related to negligence involving the insured property
- —Disputes with neighbouring property owners
- —Certain disputes relating to other insurance policies covering the property
Legal Protection is optional and charged separately according to the insurer’s applicable annual premium.
Rental disputes are subject to a three-month waiting period from the start of the insurance. Coverage is subject to the insurance company’s applicable terms, conditions and exclusions.
