2. Data we process

  • Enquiry data you submit voluntarily: name, email address, telephone number where provided, and the content of your message.
  • Communication data when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data processed by our hosting infrastructure for security and delivery, such as IP address, browser type and timestamps in server logs.
  • Your cookie consent choice, stored locally on your device.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data or data relating to children through this website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and providing information about our services — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) where you consent.
  • Operating, securing and maintaining the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service).
  • Analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
  • Compliance with tax, accounting and other statutory obligations under Greek law — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be accessible to service providers acting as processors on our instructions, in particular website hosting and email providers, and to professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Processors are bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are based on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where required.

6. Retention

Enquiry and communication data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence our correspondence. Server log data is retained for a short security-related period. Data covered by statutory retention obligations is kept for the period Greek legislation prescribes. Cookie consent records are retained to demonstrate compliance.

7. Your rights

  • Access to your personal data and information about its processing (Art. 15).
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
  • Erasure where the conditions are met (Art. 17).
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
  • Data portability (Art. 20).
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing (Art. 7(3)).

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, Greece — www.dpa.gr, or with the supervisory authority of your place of residence.
